Every order is dispatched in secure, protective packaging designed to prevent damage during transit; however, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt with full details and clear photographs of the parcel and product. If you simply change your mind or no longer require your purchase, you have the full right to return it to us – provided the item remains unopened, factory sealed and in its original condition – for a full refund or exchange, subject to our standard return process.
